Weeks 1-4

LOTS OF GREENS: arugula, kale, tatsoi, bok choy, lettuce, spinach, braising mix, bok choy, mustand greens and many more; scallions, radishes, salad turnips, fennel, herb and vegetable plants

Pick-your-own: Strawberries, perennial herbs

Late Spring

Weeks 5-9

Some greens: kale, collards, lettuce, swiss chard, mustard, braising mix, and more; napa cabbage, regular cabbage, carrots, beets, broccoli, kohlrabi, salad turnips, radishes, potatoes, summer squash, cucumbers, fennel, garlic scapes, scallions, fresh onions, 

Pick-your-own: Sunflowers, green beans, perennial herbs

Early Summer

Weeks 10-13

Few greens: lettuce, kale, or arugula; summer squash, cucumbers, carrots, beets, potatoes, kohlrabi, cabbage, storage onions, garlic, fennel, scallions

Pick-your-own: Sunflowers, green beans, cherry tomatoes, hot peppers, flowers, lunchbox peppers, annual and perennial herbs, tomatillos

Late Summer

Weeks 14-17

Very few greens: intermittent lettuce, kale, or arugula; potatoes, storage onions, sweet potatoes, okra, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, watermelon, canteloupe, winter squash, garlic

Pick-your-own: Sunflowers, cherry tomatoes, hot peppers, flowers, lunchbox peppers, annual and perennial herbs, heirloom tomatoes, plum and paste tomatoes, tomatillos

Fall

Weeks 18-22

Greens return: bok choy, mustard, kale, tatsoi, arugula, lettuce, braising mix, hon tsi tai; peppers, eggplant, okra, sweet potatoes, radishes, salad turnips, purple top turnips, carrots, beets

Pick-your-own: Cherry tomatoes, hot peppers, flowers, lunchbox peppers, annual and perennial herbs
