The Bellair Carnivore Share is one of our most popular add-on shares. Carnivore members get 10% off on local, pastured meat products, and the best part is that you get to choose what you want.

DISTRIBUTION

It is delivered monthly and runs year-round, split into two six-month increments:

  • Summer Carnivore Share - May through October

  • Winter Carnivore Share - November through April

What Do You Get? 

Carnivore members get 10% off on all of our retail meat offerings:

  • 100% grassfed beef (Bellair Farm)

  • Pastured pork (Bellair Farm)

  • Pastured eggs (Bellair Farm)

  • Pastured chicken* (Bellair Farm)

  • Chicken bone broth (Bellair Farm)

  • Pastured lamb (Meadows Pride Farm)

  • Pastured turkey (Spring Creek Meadows Farm)

Occasionally we have other special local products like forest-fed goat!

MEMBERSHIP Cost

You pay $59.09 (this includes tax) each month, and this covers your $65 minimum order. However, you can order as many items as you want over $65. For any amount over $65, we will apply your 10% discount and charge any remaining balance to the card on file in your account. 

HOW IT WORKS

You will receive your Monthly E-Newsletter and Selection Form Link on the last week of the month (usually Saturday/Sunday). Sometimes we send it early to account for holiday weeks. This email will contain availability notes, livestock/farm updates, and recipe recommendations.

Each share will include a one farmer’s choice item (which we’ll announce in the newsletter), then you pick the rest of your items. Don’t worry, it won’t be offal! It will be a beef, pork, or chicken item, usually something that’s overstocked, for example chicken quarters, pork chops, or beef bones. We will not give the same item twice in the same season (though your are welcome to order it on your own).

You can also use the selection form to choose your preferred pick up option. You can pick up your share at any of our market locations or the Barn Store. If you have a conflict, we can make alternate arrangements for you.
